Our Director Kerri Patterson brings extensive knowledge and years of hands-on experience in family and child protection law, with a strong focus on matters involving children. She’s a calm, strategic advocate, confident in court, thoughtful in negotiation, and focused on finding the best path forward for each family. Kerri’s clients value her clear advice, steady support, and ability to cut through complexity with kindness and clarity. Whether in mediation or in the courtroom, she brings tenacity and compassion.
Kerri has practised in North Queensland for many years and appeared in courts in Townsville, Ingham, Bowen, Ayr, Cairns and Mt Isa. She understands the unique pressures families in regional and remote Queensland face when the Department of Child Safety becomes involved.
